Paladin

Description: PCR standard paladin modified as follows:

PaladinPaladin Orders: The majority of paladins belong to religious orders, and though most paladins are affiliated to a temple, some are dedicated only to the cause of goodness. Those that do follow an order are expected to participate in rituals of worship of their church, and to promote their religion in accordance with the tenets of their faith. Consult with the DM to determine the religious order to which your paladin belongs. Most religious paladins of the Free Kingdoms are members of The Great Church. Other sects have their own holy warrior orders.

Recharge: In addition to the normal requirements for the daily preparing of spells, paladins gain benefits when they recharge their spells at a holy shrine, temple or ca- thedral.

Ritual Magic: Paladins may not learn ritual magic, thus they may not purchase ranks in the Divine Ritual skill.

Regions: Wherever there is religion, there will be the faithful paladins who serve them. Paladins may be found in every corner of the world.
