Cydamae is a successful little town located on The Silk Road. They are currently in the process of building three more inns (for a total of seven), as travel during the spring and summer months have caused serious overcrowding of late. On the northern side of the road is a large publicly owned field, free for use by travelers and merchants who either cannot afford to stay at one of the inns, choose not to, or for use when the inns are full, which is quite often. There is a small corral and several hitching posts, water troughs and many permanent campsites including fire pits. The local inns always plan according to the numbers they see setting up camps and prepare food for sale to those using the campsites, if so desired.
