Campaign of the Month: June 2012
Town of Bozhskii
Bozhskii lies at the border of Carpathia, Kushar, and the The Hordelands. Although there is a sizable army stationed within the town’s walls, it is not a heavily populated town. Its location adjacent to Bozhskii River, allows transport by barge and riverboat both upriver and downriver (to the City of Potsin, and makes it a good dockage town.
The most remarkable feature in the town is the temple to Raziva, a Rus goddess of love and fertility. Within the courtyard of the church (Not a Rus Orthodox establishment, by the way), has been erected a giant 14’ phallus statue, known as The Herm. The Herm is said to have remarkable abilities, granting those within its immediate area great fertility. It also is known to incite great lust within those who dwell nearby, especially on certain days of the year, sacred to Raziva.
The current priest at the temple is Eulummachus, an Apostle of Zeenkheef. Although not a priest specific to Raziva, Eul was nonetheless called to be the guardian and caretaker of the Herm. He shares priestly duties with several others, some initiated, some not.
