Campaign of the Month: June 2012
Wall of Heaven
The Wall of Heaven (known locally as the the Meramakoum Mountains) is the dominant mountain range separating Mung Li from the west, running along practically the entire western coast of that country. They begin at the Crystal Sea in Qinho province, and run all the way down to the Da She Wan Bay in Gondong province. They are generally steep and impassible, with few navigable passes. The scarce places where travel through the mountains is possible, naturally become great centers of trade, such as along both Northern and Southern spurs of The Silk Road. Additionally, The Great Wall prevents passage from any who do not wish to cross into Mung Li by the two major roads. The great City of Shenliang, located along the Southern Silk Road, is a a cosmopolitan city near the center of the range.
